I’m Kelly Kinahan,

The “K.K.” behind K.K. Discovers 

Like you, I’m on a journey.

Over the years, I’ve drawn from my life experiences, education, training, and the tools that have deeply resonated with me to create spaces centered around health, wellness, and what I like to call the ultimate practice: self-love.

I’ll never forget something my father told me during a difficult chapter in my life:

“You can’t be there for others if you don’t

Take care of yourself first.”

At the time, I thought, “How selfish!”

But now, I know the truth: the real disservice—the real selfishness—is not prioritizing our own well-being. Our mind, body, and spirit deserve our attention, our care, our love.

Through my own healing, I’ve discovered a calling to pay it forward—to hold space, share light, and offer experiences that guide others on their path to self-love and self-care.

I invite you to walk this journey with me—

As we mindfully gather and wrap each herb, you’ll be guided to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner strength. This is more than a craft — it’s a ritual of release and renewal. You’ll leave with your handmade sage bundle and simple ways to incorporate it into your own self-care practice at home. Let this be a moment to nurture your spirit, honor your journey, and carry the calm with you.

  • Step into stillness and a silent tea ceremony—a slow, sacred experience rooted in mindfulness and presence. We’ll sip with intention, reflect in quietude, and create space for connection with self, the energy of the tea, and each other. This is a meditative journey. You may choose to set an intention, offer gratitude, say a silent prayer, or simply be. Each bowl of tea is an invitation to drop deeper into presence.

  • A soulful movement session blending meditation, gentle yoga, and classical Pilates. Reconnect with your body, cultivate strength, and return to center.

  • An energy-based healing experience supporting deep rest, energetic balance, and emotional clarity—ideal for grounding and integration during transformational work.

A Moment with Tea

A reflection from my first tea ceremony, May 3, 2021 — led by Sarah Scarborough @tea_huntress at Yandara Yoga

Cupped hands,
full of warmth,
full of love.

As I begin to take a sip, I pause
as I see my reflection,
myself in this beauty I am about to place to my lips.

I swallow the grounding power
that bubbles a level of consciousness
I've never felt before.

Each sip reminds me of my connection to it ALL.
I look at each one of you beside me before I take each sip,
Feeling your connection
as I hold each of you in my hands.

I sip your love into my being
and am filled with endless BLISS.

As I gaze into this liquid mirror,
I see the tears and reflect on what they mean to me.

Tears are my empathy,
my love,
my cleanser,
my healer,
my reminder to still being ALIVE through it ALL,
my love for this physical life,
my connection to the tides,
the rain,
the rivers,
the skies above and beyond.

They are my soul's reminder of gratitude for it ALL.

I continue to sip the warmth
and feel it flow from Crown to Root,
Grounding me to Mother Earth.

I sip ever so slowly,
leaving just enough in my cup to swirl around the magic of this "Rewilding" tea.

I thank Sarah for leading this beautiful prayer.

I watch in awe this beautiful dance upon my fingertips.
Tea soaked water ebb and flowing through the leaves—
All the while embracing this beautiful world
being held within the palm of my hands.
